The Challenge


Our client, a real estate and assisted living provider, was organising a series of informational events to launch their new retirement villages and engage potential buyers at various locations. Each event varied in format: some included live presentations from their Sales Director, which required full AV support, while others had simpler AV requirements, such as multiple TV screens displaying videos and presentations on a loop.


Regardless of the format, their priority was to have a worry-free AV setup.

Our role included delivering and installing the equipment, staying on-site during the events to provide troubleshooting support, and accommodating any last-minute presentation changes. By managing every aspect of the AV setup, we allowed the client to focus entirely on their presentations and interactions with prospective buyers.
